Sober Cups
Our zero-proof menu: coolers, tonics, iced teas and slushes built with the care of a cocktail bar and none of the alcohol. If you have stopped drinking, never started, or simply want something brilliant at 4 PM on a Tuesday, this is your section. Available in Regular and Large.

Coffee Buns
Warm, pull-apart buns with a crisp, aromatic coffee crust, inspired by the coffee-bun bakeries of Southeast Asia and baked fresh through the day. Best eaten within minutes, which is never a problem.

Sandwiches — The Passport Menu
Every sandwich here started somewhere else: a street corner in Beirut, a warung in Jogja, a night market in Bangkok, a family kitchen in Kolkata. We found them, brought them home, and rebuilt them in our Delhi test kitchen. Toasted fresh to order, every time.

Inspired by a keema we couldn't stop eating in Jogja, Indonesia, made entirely plant-based with spiced tempeh and tofu.

Our signature. Grilled chicken with kasundi, Bengal's fierce fermented mustard, from a family recipe that travelled from Kolkata to GK1. If you order one thing at UR CUP, order this.
